Project Evaluation Team Members

Do you have an interest in sustainability and Agenda 2030? Our new International Project Evaluation Group is looking for members to assist in the long-term evaluation and follow-up of projects!

Do you have an interest in sustainability and Agenda 2030? Do you seek to gain experience from conducting evaluations? Engineers Without Borders Sweden (EWB-SWE) are looking for volunteers from all academic disciplines to join their newly established evaluation group. All applicants are considered, regardless of their experience within project management. The most important thing is that you have an interest in EWB-SWE´s activities and curiosity about evaluation and the practice of measuring impact.

EWB-SWE is a Non-Governmental Organisation striving to make a long-term impact in the work towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. With our engineering expertise, we are active both in Sweden and abroad through international projects, to solve engineering challenges related to inequality and global development. Through humanitarian engineering, we engage, inspire and unite people to build a sustainable future.

The Evaluation Group is looking for members to assist in the long-term evaluation and follow-up of international projects. The aim of this new group is to ensure that our projects have a sustainable impact in line with Agenda 2030. This is done by equipping project groups with the skills required to set high-quality goals, establishing plans for long-term monitoring, as well as aggregating results from all projects within the organisation’s portfolio. The Evaluation Group operates under the International Projects Committee.

As with all volunteer positions in EWB-SWE, this position is unpaid. Expected workload varies between 1-4 hours a week. A minimum of one hour per week will be required to attend meetings and carry out assigned tasks.
