Coordinator for our domestic activities
In line with the launch of our new strategy for 2023-2027, we have the ambition to strengthen and develop further our domestic work. Given the scope of our activities, we are looking for two coordinators to join the organization and co-lead our work in Sweden.
As coordinator, you will have the responsibility for all our domestic activities - Inspire Youth, Engineer to Engineer and the Reflective Engineer - encompassing coordinating our activities, holding meetings with our domestic groups and recruiting volunteers for different groups. Also, a very important task for the coordinators is to be involved in the implementation of the strategy. This will be in close collaboration with the Secretary General and the team of staff.
It's a great opportunity to gain experience in strategically developing an organization's projects and activities and also to gain leadership experience while helping Engineers Without Borders Sweden strengthen the Swedish engineering community into a sustainable and inclusive society.

What are we looking for?
To succeed in these positions, you need to be/have:
- Passion for the work that Engineers Without Borders Sweden do.
- Ability to work closely with others with good cooperative skills.
- A strong drive and a structured way of working.
- Innovative solutions and a creative mindset are a plus.
- Ensuring progress in projects or activities based on volunteer work.
Time of engagement?
The work is entirely voluntary, and the amount of work will vary depending on your level of commitment. However, typically 2-4 hours per week is to be expected.
