Som internationell projektkoordinator ansvarar du för Uppsala gruppens internationella projekt. Du kommer att leda och koordinera flera internationella projekt för organisationen. Du hjälper projektledare att se till att allt går smidigt och att allt är uppdaterat inför nya faser och beslut. Förutom att vara i den lokala ledande gruppen i Uppsala kommer du också att ingå i International Projects Committee, som är på nationell nivå. Där får du träffa alla andra projektkoordinatorer i Sverige samt ledaren för internationella projekt. Om du vill lära dig mer om internationella projekt och utveckla processen kring dem är det här rollen för dig!
Vad kan du förvänta dig av rollen?
Du kan förvänta dig att lära dig mycket. Du kommer att arbeta med många olika människor både studenter och proffs från många olika områden. Att balansera detta och försöka hålla en överblick kommer du att lära stor organisations- och kommunikationsförmåga.
Vad förväntar vi oss av dig?
Tjänsten kräver inga förkunskaper men det är meriterande om du har:
- En vilja att lära
- Bra e-postkunskaper
- Intresse för internationella projekt och EWB som organisation
Tid på volontärarbete?
Du kan räkna med att lägga cirka 4 timmar i veckan på denna tjänst. Ibland mer ibland mindre allt beror på vad som händer med dina projekt just då.

Are you interested in Engineers Without Borders and want to engage in something meaningful? Then you should apply for the position of International Project Coordinator for Engineers Without Borders in Uppsala.
As international project coordinator you are responsible for the Uppsala group’s international projects. You will be supervising and coordinating multiple international projects for the organization. You help project managers make sure everything runs smoothly and that everything is up to date before new phases and decisions. Apart from being in the local leading group of Uppsala you will also be a part of the International Projects Committee, which is at a national level. There you will get to meet all the other project coordinators in Sweden as well as the head of international projects. If you want to learn more about international projects and develop the process around them this is the role for you!
What can you expect from the position?
You can expect to learn a lot. You will be working with a lot of different people both students and
professionals from many different fields. To balance this and try to keep an overview will teach you great organization and communication skills.
What do we expect from you?
The position does not require any prior knowledge, but it would be beneficial if you have:
- A will to learn
- Great email skills
- An interest in international project and EWB as an organization
Time of engagement?
You can expect to put about 4 hours a week into this position. Sometimes more sometimes less it all depends on what’s happening with your projects at the time
