New member to Research and Development - Chalmers

Do you feel something is missing in your life? Maybe it’s the feeling of doing something good for other people?

Engineers Without Borders is a nonprofit, politically and religiously independent organization which with engineering and science, entrepreneurship and project expertise try to contribute to a better world. This is an unpaid position, but hopefully you will earn valuable experience! 

Note: EWB is a Member of Chalmers Student Union, a student organization ran by students and so hire only current students at Chalmers University of Technology.

As a new member of the Research and Development team you will be tasked with creating a suitable structure for research and development work within EWB at Chalmers. The vision with the team is to conceive, build and try new ideas that could benefit the organization or people around the world. Your basic tasks will be to find new ideas and make sure that these new ideas come to life in a prototype or report of some sort.

Traits that we are looking for in a member of Research and Development:

  • Interest in technology and science
  • Social skills
  • Innovative and creative 
  • Ability to get things done
