No previous experience is needed - enthusiasm and curiosity go a long way. That said, it is a bonus if you:
- A passion for Engineers Without Borders’ mission: using humanitarian engineering to engage, inspire, and unite people in building a sustainable future.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A strong drive and structured way of working.
- Have experience organizing projects or events (a plus, but not essential).
- Enjoy working with others and motivating a team.
Practical Info
